A Very Simple Meditation

A lot of people have the idea that Meditation is difficult or time consuming. Or that it’s not worth doing unless you do at least 20 minutes twice a day. Or that you must sit cross-eyed and cross-legged in a lotus posture, ideally with a turban. Not true. I can promise you that you do not need to do a lot for a lot to change. You can do it anywhere, wearing whatever you like to wear and as little as 5 minutes a day can have a big effect. Even every other day or just every time you remember
